Whitelisting your website domain

Whitelisting tells ContactLevel which websites belong to you. The pixel only records visits on whitelisted domains, so this step is required for both Audience Visits and Reveal.

Add a domain

  1. Click Tracking Pixel in the left sidebar.

  2. Scroll to Whitelisted domains.

  3. Click Whitelist domain.

  1. In Website domain, enter your domain without https:// or a path, for example example.com.

  2. Click Whitelist domain.

The domain now shows in the list with the status Whitelisted and the date you added it.

Subdomains and multiple sites

Your domain and its subdomains are included. Whitelisting example.com also covers www.example.com and blog.example.com.

If you run the pixel on more than one website, whitelist each domain separately. Use the search box above the list to find a domain when you have several.

Checking your setup

If the pixel is installed but no visits show up, check this list first. A missing or misspelled domain is a common reason visits don't appear.
