Synced audience shows 0% or 0 matches
Your audience says Synced, but the Est. match rate in the Syncs window reads "0% · 0 estimated matches". This usually has one of three causes, and most of the time the fix is to wait or add more people.

1. The platform hasn't finished processing
Match estimates update after the ad platform processes your audience. Processing takes up to 24 hours on Meta, 24–72 hours on LinkedIn and 48–72 hours on Google and Reddit. Check again after that window before changing anything.
2. The audience is below the platform's minimum
Platforms don't report matches for audiences that are too small to serve. LinkedIn, for example, needs at least 300 matched members, so a 35-contact audience will show 0% there no matter how good the data is.
Add more contacts until you're well above the minimum.
Combine small audiences that target similar buyers.
See Recommended audience sizes by platform for each platform's minimum.
3. The contacts have little advertising data
Open the audience's Overview tab and look at Strength distribution. Each contact gets 0–5 bars for how much advertising data we found. 3 bars or more is very good. Contacts with 0–1 bars are much less likely to match on any platform.

If most of your contacts are weak, try a different import:
Use LinkedIn URLs where you can. They're the best identifier.
If a LinkedIn URL import matched badly, re-import with the Full Import option (LinkedIn URL, job title, first name, last name, company name, company domain). It gives the system fallback data when a URL is missing or broken.
Why "Records" is higher than your contact count
In Run history, the Records number can be double your contact count or more. That's expected. We send one row per identifier for each person (emails, phones, device IDs) so the platform has more chances to match them.
